FAQ

What is Web3Task?

A: Web3Task is an innovative platform that addresses the challenge of monetized contributions by fragmenting tasks inspired by the GitHub issue model. Our focus is to reduce the entry barriers faced by students in the job market, offering opportunities to gain real professional experience.

How does it work?

A: We connect collaborators to projects, eliminating high fees for partners and the lack of skills assessment. Our protocol empowers users to actively participate in real projects, enabling recruiters to find professionals with certified experience. We offer tools such as scoring to measure results through work tokenization, social profiles, and portfolios. A network to facilitate connections between users and projects, aiming to create a transparent and reliable environment in Web 3.0.

What are the benefits of participating in Web3Task as a student?

A: You have the opportunity to gain practical experience working on real projects, allowing the creation of a robust and verifiable on-chain portfolio, as well as expanding your professional network and the opportunity to be hired by Kyodo.

Who can perform a task?

A: Anyone capable of delivering what is requested can participate. However, our platform primarily focuses on students, offering them advantages over freelancers due to our bidding system, thus prioritizing the inclusion and professional growth of students. The recruiter can choose from the list of interested parties - after analyzing their social profile, GitHub, LinkedIn - who is most suitable to perform the task.

Who can create a task?

A: Only platform administrators can create tasks for their own interests, while those designated as recruiters, who are authenticated entities by KYC, can also create tasks.

Is there any classification among users?

A: We have implemented a gamification system for recruiters and contributors. Through our Access Control V2 technology, by delivering or creating tasks efficiently and punctually, users increase their scores. This score serves to classify users on the platform, increasing reliability. However, in case of issues, it is possible to open a dispute.

How do disputes work?

A: Instead of a traditional dispute system, we opted for a gamified approach. Opening disputes is considered risky for both parties, as a dispute will drastically decrease the score of the party whose decision was unfavorable according to the DAO's judgment. This measure encourages collaborative problem resolution, avoiding unnecessary disputes and seriously harming those who are not right. It is important to accurately describe the desired task and also to perform the chosen task with finesse.

What are the benefits of participating in Web3Task as a recruiter?

A: You will find collaborators capable of meeting your demands, often more affordably than expanding your internal team or hiring a freelancer.

What types of tasks are offered on the platform?

A: You will find a wide range of development demands available. From programming tasks, design, and planning, among other development areas.

What is the current status of the Web3Task?

  • Bid
